For general maintenance, you do not need an appointment. It is based on a first come first service basis. However, we do prefer one just so we can be ready for you.

Do I need an appointment for anything other than general maintenance for example diagnostic work such as check engine lights, certain types of noises, driving issues, brake jobs, etc.?

Yes, for anything other than general maintenance you do need to set up an appointment. These types of appointments are based on availability.

My check engine light is on, is it safe to drive?

As long as the check engine light is not flashing, it is safe to drive until you are able to schedule an appointment to bring it in. However, we do suggest bringing it in as soon as you can.

Is there alternate transportation available when I bring my vehicle in for service?

Yes there is! We have a complimentary shuttle service that can take you to and from, it runs from 8-5pm Monday-Friday and 8-4pm Saturday. We do also have loaners based on availability. Lastly, we have 3 rental agencies on site, Enterprise, Hertz and Avis for those who need immediate vehicles if a loaner is not available.

You do not need to ask for anyone specifically, one of our service consultants will be there to greet you.

How do I know if I still have warranty on my vehicle?

You can contact us at any time during normal business hours with your year, make and model, VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) and current mileage and we would be more than happy to run that information for you and find out if you are still covered under warranty and/or for how long. The general warranty for all Chrysler vehicles is 3 years, 36,000 miles, which ever comes first.

Who do I contact if I have a concern?

If you have a concern, we have an on-site customer experience team that is prepared to assist you. Also any of our service consultants or service manager would be more than willing to help you. If you would like to speak to someone outside of the service department, our customer relations manager is also available.

How do I know if I have a recall on my vehicle?

You can contact us at any time during normal business hours with your VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) and we can run it to see if there are any open recalls.Â

What is there to do at Driver's Village while I wait?

We have free WIFI that customers can connect to. We also have Live to bounce (bounce house) and the Syracuse sports hall of fame here. Lastly, we have wonderful eatery at our Brickhouse Cafe located right inside of Driver's Village.

Does Driver's Village provide towing?

We do not have our own towing service, however we do work with Oaks Towing and we cover the first 5 miles and the hook-up fee for customers who purchased their vehicles here. However, if you have a new or leased vehicle that is still covered under the bumper to bumper warranty you do have roadside assistance coverage which includes towing.Â
